Returns, refunds and cancellations

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including ordering the wrong size or choosing the wrong item. Please check product details and your selections before paying. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or your order is missing items or has not arrived, contact aduki.main@gmail.com promptly with your order number and details. Photos may help where relevant. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law. Contacting us promptly helps us resolve the issue; it is not a deadline that removes your legal rights.

Do not send anything back without our instructions. If a return is necessary to resolve an issue for which we are responsible, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs. We will not require you to use an undisclosed return address.

To request cancellation, contact us before fulfillment. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order, but may be unable to cancel once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by law or our commitments for delayed or unavailable orders.

If we cancel an order or cannot fulfill it, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and any associated shipping charges and taxes. If the entire order is canceled, we will refund the full amount paid. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
