Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, availability and timing vary by product and destination. Any shipping charges and applicable taxes we collect are shown before payment. Review the product information and checkout details before placing your order.

We will have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within any shipping timeframe we state, or within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order if no shipping timeframe is stated. Shipment means dispatch, not arrival. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipping date if available, and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If we cannot provide a revised date, we will say so. We will not treat silence as consent: if you do not consent before the applicable shipping deadline, we will cancel the unshipped portion and promptly refund it. Further delays will require a new notice and your consent, or cancellation and a prompt refund.

If an item is unavailable and we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you and promptly refund the unfulfilled portion, including associated shipping charges and taxes. We will not substitute an item or charge an additional amount without your agreement.

For damaged, incorrect, missing or undelivered orders, contact aduki.main@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy; contacting a carrier is not a substitute for contacting us.
